Nights At The Warbill

Saturday, Mar 13, 2010

Our first outing with the new line up took place at our local hostelry, the Warbill in Tun on 21st Feb. We were joined by our old friend John Hodgson who played a few of his own songs and Chris who delighted the audience with his accordian. Barry Murphy a banjo maker from Windmill Hill also performed accompanied by Dan as did Dan's friend Gerry and his band Cut the Shuffle. Building on the success of that evening we're returning to the Warbill on 21 March to usher in the spring. It's a good start and one to build on. We look forward to meeting friends old and new there...

Hibernation

Monday, Dec 28, 2009

Holed up in Warbleton for the winter. Writing, recording and rehearsing in readiness to get out and about in the New Year. Last year, we were happy to link up with the fantastic Liam Genockey of Steeleye Span with whom we did some recording and a few gigs. However, our search for the ever elusive 'fourth' member continued until finally we stumbled across mighty Ray Betts in the backwoods of Kent. We look forward to new directions and making many new friends in the coming year when we emerge from our hibernation...
